Fear Is Lethal

"For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship." Romans 8:15

Are you afraid that you won't ever accomplish your dreams? Do you worry that you're not good enough or smart enough to do the things that God has placed in your heart? I think we all face those issues of self-doubt and fear. But we can't allow fear to dwell in our lives. Fear is lethal to our joy level. It's lethal to our self-esteem. And it's lethal to our walk with God.

Think of it this way--where fear begins, failure starts. So if you're allowing fear to rule your mind, you're not allowing yourself the opportunity to succeed. Fear is the opposite of faith, so you can't be in fear and in faith at the same time. You have to choose. So, choose faith!

Stop the fear tape that's playing in your head. Ask God to fill you with so much faith that there won't be room for any fear. Don't let the devil stop God from using you. Don't let the devil stop you from walking in your dreams. This is your time, and his time is up.
